Israeli occupation forces and settlers have routinely razed farmland in the West Bank, cutting down trees and branches. However, in recent weeks, they have resorted to setting fire to farmland, a quick and easy way to inflict maximum suffering on Palestinians. Israeli settlers burned farmland in six villages in Ramallah, Nablus, and Hebron, while Israeli forces burned a wheat harvest in the village of Jalma, Jenin, all within the last 48 hours.
