Ramallah, February 3, 2026

The repeated Israeli bombardment of camps, homes, and gatherings of displaced people in the Gaza Strip has revived memories of the massacres perpetrated by Israel against Palestinians during the days of the offensive before the ceasefire agreement was signed. These crimes reflect Israeli behavior that confirms the occupation has consistently continued its crimes against the Gaza Strip and the rest of the Palestinian territories.

The OIC Media Observatory for Israeli Crimes Against Palestinians documented the killing of 52 Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, in addition to the recovery of three bodies, the confirmation of the killing of 85 others, and the recording of 136 injuries. The OIC Observatory also recorded the killing of two people and the wounding of 24 in the West Bank. The total number of murdered recorded during the period between January 27 and February 2, 2026, reached 142 killed and 160 injured. The total number of killings for the period between October 7, 2023, and February 2, 2026, reached 72,886 murdered and 180,981 injured.

Israeli shelling in the Gaza Strip targeted a gathering in the Al-Tuffah neighborhood east of Gaza, and the Al-Mawasi camps in Khan Yunis and north and south of Gaza City. The shelling killed 43 Palestinians within 48 hours. The Israeli occupation forces demolished several buildings in the eastern Gaza Strip and desecrated the Al-Batsh cemetery and cemeteries east of Gaza City, amid international warnings of a major humanitarian catastrophe due to the bitter cold and the restriction on the entry of aid.

In the West Bank and Jerusalem, the occupation police prevented two Palestinian journalists from filming inside the courtyards of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque while assaulting Palestinians. They also banned one of the Al-Aqsa guards and five Palestinians from the mosque for a week, amid daily violations of Al-Aqsa by extremists.

The occupation forces stormed cities and villages in the West Bank 409 times, during which they arrested 181 Palestinians, including 6 children, and injured two children. Settlers also injured another child in a Bedouin community in Jerusalem. The occupation forces demolished 19 houses, dozens of animal and agricultural pens, warehouses, a car showroom, a car wash, a tire shop, a commercial pen, a lime factory, a marble factory, a gas shop, a bicycle repair shop, a horse stable, in addition to a commercial shop, building facilities, parts of a house, the area surrounding another house, and a wooden shack. They confiscated two cars and heavy equipment, uprooted one hundred olive trees, bulldozed tens of thousands of square meters of agricultural land, filled in two water wells, occupied 16 houses and turned them into military outposts, confiscated land in Jerusalem, and the Israeli occupation forces besieged the town of Hizma, northeast of Jerusalem, for three days.

The number of settler attacks on Palestinian towns and villages reached 110 times in one week, during which they released livestock to graze 18 times in different areas of Ramallah, Tubas and Hebron, and forced a Palestinian family to leave for the second time in one week after they were subjected to settler attacks near the town of Al-Auja in Jericho, and burned several homes in a Bedouin community in Jerusalem, as well as burning agricultural land in Hebron and stealing two agricultural tractors, a tow truck, a motorcycle, surveillance cameras and a fence, and smashing the windows of homes and vehicles, and bulldozing lands in three different areas of Ramallah, Nablus and Salfit, and uprooting more than 800 olive trees and saplings and stealing dozens of sheep from different areas in the West Bank.

In seven days, settlers carried out seven settlement activities, including paving the entrance to an outpost in the town of Qusra, near Nablus; erecting a barbed wire fence around land in the town of al-Dhahiriya, near Hebron; setting up a new tent near Palestinian tents in the northern Jordan Valley; building a wooden shack near the town of Aqraba, near Nablus; and bulldozing land near the village of Umm Safa, near Ramallah. Israeli forces also bulldozed a settlement road west of Salfit and land to expand the settlement of Neve Nehemia. The total number of Israeli violations during this period reached 1,285.
