The occupation forces crossed the yellow line that defines the areas of their control in the Gaza Strip, which led to a new wave of displacement among Palestinians. The occupation forces continued their violations of the ceasefire agreement, killing Palestinians in Deir al-Balah, east of Shuja’iyya and Khan Yunis, and killing women and children during their shelling of the southern Gaza Strip. They also shelled and killed dozens in various areas of Gaza City. They also committed various massacres through air raids, artillery and naval shelling on various areas in the Gaza Strip, and demolished dozens of homes in Khan Yunis and Rafah, and arrested 3 fishermen near the Gaza port.

While news reports indicated that the so-called “Gaza Humanitarian Foundation” had ended its work in the Gaza Strip, the Commissioner-General of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), Philippe Lazzarini, and the World Food Programme warned of the continued deterioration of the humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip with the onset of winter. Palestinians also warned of the leakage of toxic materials into the groundwater in Deir al-Balah.

In the West Bank, the occupation forces raided Palestinian cities and villages 437 times, killing 7 Palestinians, including 3 children, and injuring 23 others, in addition to seven children, as an occupation vehicle ran over a two-year-old child. Israeli occupation forces demolished five homes, several shops, a car wash, and six livestock pens. Settlers also isolated agricultural areas in the village of Yasuf in Salfit to prevent farmers from accessing them, bulldozed agricultural land in the village of Iraq Burin, and cut down and uprooted 320 olive trees.

The number of settlement activities carried out by settlers and occupation forces in the span of a week reached 11 activities, including the establishment of a settlement outpost in Khan al-Ahmar in Jerusalem to restrict the Bedouin community in the area, and a settlement outpost in the village of Sur Baher in Jerusalem after fencing off an area of 6 dunams and placing mobile homes on it.
