Similar to the attacks on olive trees in West Bank villages, Bedouin communities and villages face ongoing targeting of their sheep flocks by Israeli settlers. On February 28, 2026, settlers killed 40 sheep in the town of Kafr ad-Dik in Salfit, stole a flock of sheep in the village of Zawata in Nablus, and attempted to steal 150 sheep in the town of Idhna in Hebron. In recent days, they have stolen sheep twice in villages in Hebron and once in the Nablus governorate.
