17 settlement activities in the West Bank and 52 attacks on the olive harvest season

The occupation forces continued to violate the ceasefire agreement with their daily airstrikes and artillery shelling of several targets in the Gaza Strip throughout the past seven days. The shelling included areas in the north, south, east, and center of the Gaza Strip. The occupation forces demolished numerous buildings and killed 117 Palestinians and injured 275 in Gaza between October 28 and November 3, 2025. Palestinians recovered 36 bodies from under the rubble, and the identities of 193 murdered were confirmed and added to the total murdered toll.
The Organization of Islamic Cooperation’s (OIC) Media Observatory for Israeli Crimes Against Palestinians recorded the killing of 69,941 Palestinians between October 7, 2023, and November 3, 2025, and the injury of 179,748 during the same period.
The Israeli bombardment in the past seven days came at a time when international relief organizations confirmed that the occupation authorities are obstructing their humanitarian work in the Gaza Strip.
Occupation forces killed seven Palestinians in the West Bank, including two children, injured 12 others, and arrested 162 Palestinians, including seven children. They also injured a child in Hebron.
In the context of attacks on children, settlers raided the Al-Tahadi School in Tubas, damaging its contents and breaking down its doors. The OIC Observatory recorded 322 incursions by occupation forces. They demolished nine homes in several Palestinian governorates, in addition to stalls, small shops, and house fences in Al-Quds. They also bulldozed the ground around a house, uprooted several trees, damaged the sewage system, and removed tiles from a house in the Al-Tur and Sur Baher neighborhoods of Al-Quds, and bulldozed land in the village of Jalud in Nablus.
The occupation forces, using heavy machinery, carried out seismic surveys to search for natural resources beneath the lands of the village of Susiya in the Masafer Yatta area. They also ordered the removal and uprooting of trees over an area of ​​15 dunams in the villages of Ras Karkar and Al-Uraid in Kafr Ni’ma, for military purposes, and confiscated money and gold jewelry from Palestinians in several villages in Jenin and Hebron.
The number of settler attacks on towns and villages in the West Bank reached 112. During these attacks, armed settlers displaced Palestinian families in the village of Furush in Nablus, destroyed a corn crop and an irrigation system in the Khirbet Khader area of ​​the northern Jordan Valley, stormed the Bilal Ibn Rabah Mosque in Aida refugee camp and threw stones at a funeral procession there, and also threw stones at a mosque in the village of Deir Dibwan in Ramallah, breaking its windows. They also burned and destroyed 14 vehicles in villages in the Ramallah, Hebron, Qalqilya, and Nablus governorates, as well as a bulldozer and a factory in Tulkarm.
The settlers also grazed their livestock on the lands of Duma village in Nablus, Al-Mughayyir village in Ramallah, the Al-Aqawis and Masafer areas of Yatta town in Hebron, and the villages of Al-Maniya and Kisan in Bethlehem. They also stole 250 sheep from the village of Oyoun al-Duyuk al-Fawqa in Jericho and a number of cows from Khirbet Yarza in Tubas, demolished a barn in Ramallah and another in the town of Huwara in Nablus, and stole agricultural equipment.
The number of attacks on the olive harvest season reached 52 documented incidents, affecting 46 villages. Settlers and occupation forces prevented Palestinians from harvesting their crops in twenty villages, stole olive crops from eight villages, grazed their sheep in olive groves in four other villages, closed roads leading to olive fields in three villages, and uprooted, cut down, and burned olive trees and their branches in seven different villages. In the village of al-Mazra’a al-Sharqiya, near Ramallah, settlers attacked farmers and seized a tractor, a generator, and tools used for harvesting olives.
Similarly, the number of settlement activities during the period from October 28 to November 3, 2025, reached 17.  During this time, the occupation authorities approved a plan that adds settlement projects to the “Oranit” settlement in the village of Sanniriya.  They also revealed a settlement plan to build 168 settlement units on an area of ​​159 dunams, with the aim of expanding the “Nofim” settlement. They also ordered the confiscation of 5,856 dunams of land from the town of Anata in Al-Quds to construct a settlement road leading to the “Nevi Prat” settlement.  Furthermore, they bulldozed agricultural land in the village of Al-Lubban Al-Sharqiya in Nablus to build another settlement road, and began construction and land-leveling work to establish two settlement outposts in the village of Kafr Qaddum in Qalqilya and the town of Anata in Al-Quds, where they bulldozed vast areas of land and erected mobile homes, tents, and prefabricated structures.
Settlers plowed lands in the town of Idhna and the village of al-Mughayyir in preparation for seizing and cultivating them. They also carried out excavation and leveling work opposite the Shlal Land park in Salfit, and erected iron poles around a well, with the aim of establishing a new settlement outpost south of the village of al-Mughayyir.  They also placed mobile homes in the village of Burqa, erected a tent in the Khallat al-Sarar area of ​​the town of Beit Lid, attacked farmers, and smashed the windows of their vehicles. They erected another tent in the Musafir area of ​​the town of Yatta, released their livestock into the vicinity of Palestinian homes, and erected a tent near the Ain al-Hamma spring in Tubas, preventing residents from watering their livestock. They also destroyed a vegetable stand and confiscated its contents, and paved a settlement road in the Wadi al-Maghayir area of ​​Nablus. In Tubas, settlers fenced off two plots of land with barbed wire, one estimated at approximately 1,200 dunams belonging to Palestinians and the Latin Patriarchate, and another in the al-Farsiya area, in preparation for seizing them. The number of crimes committed by Israelis in the past seven days reached 1,511 in various Palestinian areas.
