The Organization of Islamic Cooperation’s Media Observatory on Israeli Crimes against Palestinians recorded the killing of 899 Palestinians and the injuring of 3,113 by Israeli occupation forces between July 22 and 28, 2025. 559 of these were killed in the Gaza Strip and 7 in the West Bank. Civil defense personnel recovered the bodies of 54 people from under the rubble of homes in Gaza. Data on 279 additional deaths were verified, adding them to the killing toll of 61,443 between October 7, 2023, and July 28, 2025, in addition to 153,933 injuries during the same period.

Last week, Halima al-Sa’diya School in Jabalia al-Nazla and Cairo School in northern Gaza, both housing displaced persons, were targeted. Israeli fire also targeted cemeteries, aid-seekers, housing, and tents.

Regarding the Israeli siege of the Gaza Strip, the occupation forces destroyed the cargo of 1,000 aid trucks, claiming that they were exposed to heat, after they had been prevented from entering Gaza for months. While they recently allowed only 30 trucks to enter, the OIC Observatory noted that the occupation authorities are deliberately distilling aid to the maximum extent in order to reach what is less than “sustaining life” by reducing resources, thus maintaining a permanent state of imminent collapse through which they attempt to deceive the international community. 10 international organizations issued warnings of real famine in the Gaza Strip, the most prominent of which were the World Health Organization and Amnesty International.

Over the months of the Israeli aggression on Gaza, 147 people have died from starvation, including 88 children. Three thousand pregnant women have suffered miscarriages due to malnutrition. Three thousand children face the prospect of death as nutritional supplements run out in less than 18 days in hospitals suffering from a shortage of medical supplies and exhausted doctors. One hundred thousand pregnant women are at risk due to malnutrition.

In the West Bank, the Israeli Knesset passed a resolution calling on the Israeli government to annex all areas of the West Bank to Israeli sovereignty. The number of incursions by occupation forces in the West Bank reached 395, during which they arrested 185 Palestinians, while they killed 4 children, injured 5 others, and arrested 5 others. In addition, settlers assaulted a child in the town of Tuqu in Bethlehem. Settlers continued to storm Al-Aqsa Mosque on an almost daily basis, and the occupation forces detained the Mufti of Al-Quds, Sheikh Muhammad Hussein, after he delivered the Friday sermon at Al-Aqsa Mosque.

In the West Bank, the occupation forces demolished 10 homes in Al-Quds, in addition to 11 tents in the villages of Ramallah and Tubas, whose residents were displaced, in addition to the displacement of Palestinian families in the village of Kisan in Bethlehem as a result of daily attacks by settlers. The occupation forces demolished 10 barns, 4 water tanks, and destroyed solar panels in the northern Jordan Valley, and bulldozed a street linking the Dhnaba suburb in Tulkarm and the town of Kafr al-Labad, in addition to agricultural roads and stone chains in the village of al-Walaja. They also confiscated personal money of more than $43,000, in addition to quantities of gold. They also confiscated an agricultural tractor, a bulldozer, a cement mixer, and 3 cars.

Settler attacks totaled 73, during which settlers burned five vehicles in the village of Beitin and the town of Taybeh in Ramallah, bulldozed agricultural land in the village of Jalud in Nablus, cut down trees in the village of Jalbun in Jenin and the village of Bruqin in Salfit, destroyed 40 grape arbors in the village of Susya in Hebron, and bulldozed agricultural land in the village of Sarta in Salfit. Other settlers grazed their livestock on agricultural lands in 4 villages in the West Bank, and destroyed property and fodder. Settlers attacked an agricultural facility in the town of As-Sawahra ash-Sharqiya in Al-Quds, damaging a tractor, solar panels, a fence, surveillance cameras, and fodder. They also stole fodder from the village of Ibziq in Tubas, water tanks from the village of Jurish in Nablus, and sheep from Masafer in the town of Yatta and the village of Ibziq. They also burned agricultural land in the village of Al-Mughayyir and the town of Sinjil in Ramallah.

In this context, the West Bank witnessed 10 settlement activities, the most prominent of which was the occupation authorities’ announcement of the entry into force of three detailed plans aimed at expanding the Ma’ale Adumim settlement and connecting it to the Mishor Adumim industrial zone in the village of Al-Issawiya, the town of At-Tur, and the Khan al-Ahmar area in Al-Quds. This was in addition to a plan to build 944 settlement housing units on an area of 680 dunams of land in the towns of Abu Dis and Khan al-Ahmar, as well as building settlement housing units on an area of 486 dunams of Khan al-Ahmar lands. The occupation authorities issued a decision to drill a 600-meter-deep artesian water well in the lands of the Al-Hadidiya area in the northern Jordan Valley in Tubas. They also issued an order to confiscate 7,737 dunams of land from the village of Jinsafut to build a settlement road.

Settlers erected mobile homes next to settlement outposts in the areas of Al-Makhrour, affiliated with the city of Beit Jala, and Al-Khamar, affiliated with the village of Battir, with the aim of expanding them. Others erected tents east of the Ma’ale Amos settlement, in addition to a tent around the town of Beita. Others bulldozed land and erected a tent, with the aim of seizing land in the Tawas area of Hebron. Settlers seized agricultural land in the town of Turmus Ayya, Ramallah, with the intention of turning it into a landfill for the settlement.

The number of Israeli crimes against Palestinians over the past seven days reached 4,982, affecting all Palestinian territories.
